To be fair to him, he passed it to where a LB should have been running, but turns out it was Burrows with all the athelticslism of an asthmatic girl guideMy favourite bit was when he took ball forward 2 yards and passed it straight out of play
Yeah what’s happened to burrows, what’s happens to Burrows, Hamer, Cooper and Campbell, are they all still sad that their goals/assists didn’t mean anything at Wembley? Get over it ffsTo be fair to him, he passed it to where a LB should have been running, but turns out it was Burrows with all the athelticslism of an asthmatic girl guide
They’re in the clique so don’t need to work hard. He’s always going to pick them and make excuses for them when they play shit.Yeah what’s happened to burrows, what’s happens to Burrows, Hamer, Cooper and Campbell, are they all still sad that their goals/assists didn’t mean anything at Wembley? Hes not match fit. Thats obvious. He needs a full pre season and a kick up the arse.
A bit like the January transfer window this year. The Football Heaven experts and others were telling us we just had to get to January in some sort of half decent shape and we'd then rectify all the mistakes from summer, ignoring the fact that we've had a succession of poor transfer windows, especially the previous January's.Seems the only players we are capable of signing are young inexperienced players not ready for this level, or has beens looking for a payday, coming on and being completely anonymous (or getting sent off). Pre season gets banded about like a cure all, yet there always seems to be a reason why the squad doesn’t get one, then the players are shit the entire season….if only they had a preseason… surely they’d get fit at some point in the season?!
How long til we re-sign McG & Sharp?

I'm shocked to her that.Wilder actually thought he did ok in the after match interview I saw
Tends to be the case when our recruitment team is essentially Wilder & Hoyland sat in banner cross working out possible signings on the back of a fag packet.Seems the only players we are capable of signing are young inexperienced players not ready for this level, or has beens looking for a payday, coming on and being completely anonymous (or getting sent off). The mythical 'preseason' which is only really ever surpassed by the even more mythical route to excellence that comes via a 'League One Loan'...These mythical pre seasons needed for Arblaster, Rothwell etc are going to have to be like Rocky 4 when Stallone trains in the Russian mountains. I am not sure either can run. That does not change in a month (pre season is 4 weeks) of more running!
Great spot. Same issue with our full backs. There doesn't seem to be any kind of pattern to put play or synchronicity to our movement as a team/units. Not sure if that's lack of coaching, football IQ, or both but it's especially bad as soon as we get tired and turn into an Under 9's team with players cropping up all over the shop. When I looked at the midfield when he came on and it was 1-1 you’d got Peck on the halfway line 10 yards ahead of their midfielders and Rothwell sat just in front of our defence 25 yards behind them. This gave their midfielders acres of space to work within and no challenge.
Ludicrous play, not sure if it was Wilder or the players who decided to implement it, but it looked rubbish to me.
I'd fancy myself against him in a 50m sprint and I'm over 70Joe SLOTHwell!
But no seriously, he's looked terrible so far
Herein lies the problem. He played a couple of decent, well-weighted balls out to the right wing.Wilder actually thought he did ok in the after match interview I saw
