Player Suggestion Joe Hart......

Could do a lot worse , but the finance would have to be sensible

Good Lord i hope not. Hes the most overrated keeper out there (or was).

There is a reason by Pep bombed him outnas soon as he arrived at City, and then Hart has shown his true colours at lesser clubs where his true ablity (or lack off) has been shown. Couldnt get in Wet Spams side, couldnt get in Burnley's. Theres a very good reason why... he's shit.

Joe Hart is absolutely fucking cataclysmicly shit.

If we go anywhere near him someone needs to take Wilder to the hospital because he'll have had some kind of psychiatric episode.

He's a league one goalkeeper in terms of ability and that's generous.

Needs to get out to China while his name still means something.

He's a high class George Long. He needs to drop down a division and play for a season to prove he can do it.

I know CW is a top top manager but fuk me sideways. He would have to pull off the greatest resurrection since Lazarus.
Was a similar story with Paul Robinson. Went from great keeper to absolute shocker for years. I don’t know if there’s any saving a keeper after his confidence has gone. I’m not saying Hart can turn it around, but if he signed I’d be confident he could because Wilder would think so.

Is he likely to be on 100k plus for the rest of his career or will he eventually have to accept less than that?

If Man Utd sign him, it'll go up to £300k. Whether he asks for it or not. I heard one of the cleaners took a wrong turn this morning at OT and walked into the boardroom. They're now on £75k a week.

I'm not particularly a fan of Hart but I don't think he's as bad as some are saying, played Premier league most of his career and numerous England caps, you can't be that bad to have achieved what he has, nice hair as well

80% of goalkeeping is confidence and his has completely gone.

Joe Hart has never been a great keeper.

His confidence hasn't gone either in my opinion, that's one of his issues and why he's so shite, he is full of confidence and blindly believes whole heartedly that he is Man City level, when in fact he's Exeter City level, and if he wasn't so full of it could maybe have arrested the slide when he was still average and not slid into the "dogshit" category.

If you ever flick through the Football sports channels like I do at night, you may have seen the PL Years series on Sky.

Joe Hart, pick a year, awful. The same weaknesses and "sorry lads, I tried (to make it look like I was trying)" bollocks that people have finally started to notice these past few seasons.

The fact he was England number one says a lot about the state England have been in with Goalkeepers since Seaman retired.

He was only ever world class at fronting up.

He’s had the yips for years.... Burnley couldn’t buy a win with him between the sticks.

Not convinced he’s any better than Moore at this stage of his career

I remember him being a good keeper. You don’t spend that long at the top being average.

He does the occasional "how did he get to that?!" save, which successfully distracted people from his other glaring weaknesses for a long time.

He's probably a good pro, and has undoubted experience too, but is a bad player, and I'd rather have chronic diarrhoea on a 3 year deal than have him at United.

If he was bad in his prime, we’re fucked.

Feel like I've watched a different Joe Hart to some in here, he was never a world beater by any means but to suggest he's league 1 quality at best, comparisons to George Long etc

He is a very solid keeper, and we could do a lot worse for ourselves if for any reason the Hendo deal falls through

Also he's only 4.5m on FPL so gerrimin

If he was bad in his prime, we’re fucked.

On the other hand, we would be well snd truly fucked if we had that clown in our net next season.

I guarantee you that wherever he ends up at next season, he might start the season as first choice but give it a few months and he will have been dropped (a bit like the crosses he used to come for). Never rated him in the slightest and always thought he was a total liability. I hope and pray that one day soon, he lands over at S6...
