Choudhury should be swerved due to the age profile. We need to find assets with resale value and the potential to develop. Ageing players on big wages should be limited. Even if the owners have a bottomless pit FFP is a huge concern. A right sided version of Burrows would be good.

If Souza goes, which he probably will, it's a no brainer to sign Hamza. He really impressed me on loan.

That would not be a cheap deal to do even if Leicester were prepared to seel him to a direct rival.
That said, I thought he was outstanding for Utd and he finally solved the RB issue (at the 5th attempt!), making the defence far more solid as a 4.

You're right it wouldn't be a cheap deal. I guess RSS it all depends on whether Souza leaves because I do think Hamza would be a good replacement for Souza.

A downgrade IMHO but a replacement, yes.
He'd be a very expensive RB but it appears Kenny and/or Dunne are earmarked (+ Seriki)

Maybe with the cost of Hamza and his age that there are others available who could do a similar job and possibly younger. I'm guessing league One like with Burrows or a loan deal. May e well even go abroad but our record isn't great in that market.

I disagree he solved the RB question. He did exceptionally well against Sunderland BUT his first thought was to pass it inside to Angel/Vino every time.

I'd like a little more forward play from our fullbacks against most of the league next year.

I'd happily have him in MF if Vini leaves.

(Although fitting HC, Peck, Blaster, COH all in the same midfield might be tricky)

I just really hope these new owners can do something to keep Hamer, Souza and Anel. It’s the spine of the team. I heard some compare us to Leeds missing out then going onto do what they’ve done this season, but they were able to keep hold of some very creative players for this level despite losing Summerville, they had James and Gnoto, we don’t have that depth. I fear we’ll become a Norwich or WBA. If we can’t keep hold of them, we need to chuck any weight we have about and ruthlessly take from clubs in this division.

Looks generally solid with a few exceptions, dribbled past, dispossessed and passing accuracy look like potential red flags.

Guess he’s a more traditional full back rather than attacking full back or wing back.

I'm not a stats man but I do know he drives forward. He's good in the air and aggressive. I think he's basically a taller version of Baldock and if I'm right there then that would be amazing. I know Baldock wasn't known for aerial prowess but I think in terms of aggression, determination and his runs forward he is similar to Baldock and like Baldock is a crowd favourite.

I do love an Irish player too, we're down on our quota of late!

I recall reading about how QPR leave him upfront for a prolonged period each time they send him up for a set piece. Guess he’s must cause havoc.

Aside of the player's mentioned. I believe we need new fitness coaches and conditioning coaches. All season they haven't looked particularly fit.
In addition there are too many player's not going beyond 60/70 minutes.
The game has changed and we need more athletic player's to compete.
