Jimmy Mizen was a 16 year old who was killed in an unprovoked attack. His father will address the crowd before the game on Saturday. No doubt Blades fans will be fully respectful of this.

Millwall to host 'Jimmy's Day' at The Den against Sheffield United

Millwall welcome Sheffield United to The Den in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3pm) - and the visit of The Blades will see the club host the annual 'Jimmy's Day', in memory of Jimmy Mizen.

Millwall as a club have more bollox ON and OFF the pitch than any other club. For all the bad press they get and in a lot of cases fairly, they do a lot of things brilliantly. They stopped kneeling b4 any other club. , they did lots of stuff for little aurthur who was a Birmingham fan bless him. They do lots of things nobody dare do. We will be there Saturday and right behind this with them.

Despite what sounds like a disappointing performance & a poor result today, it sounds from other threads that the Jimmy Day initiative was well supported all round.
This puts footy in perspective and whilst I’m as disappointed as anyone with the result today, this is a great leveller.
