Was hard to see who wouldn't make the bench before these two came in. I am guessing rak saki is the most at risk of decent holding to play due to the loan issue

Just thinking outside the box slightly and might be getting carried away a little however with Jefferson Caceres that we signed from Melgar in Peru, looking at where that is based it is in a place called Arequipa which is 2,300 metres above sea level which in most is more than 2000 metres above sea level than Sheffield. Thinking about fitness and conditioning, players such as Caceres have a natural advantage as they are used to having to perform fitness wise at serious altitude. Just for context the summit of Ben Nevis (the highest peak in the British Isles) is 1,345 metres above sea level. Looking at the montage he appears to have some serious pace and a powerful shot too, if he has half a football brain we potentially have a very good player to develop through. Easily with similar characteristics of Ndiaye and potential to drag us up to the next level.

Chris and Jeff. They’d have gone down in transfer window history even if they hadn’t signed. Proper icons now.

I like the look of the kid. Looks really skillful. I'd be peed off if the grunters had signed this lad for not a great deal of money as he looks full of potential that he couldnbe turned into a cracking player. The sort of signing of potential that many Blades have been asking out club to do. Well done United and our new owners.

Caceres is the only player I can ever remember us signing who doesn't have a Wikipedia page.

I think in an ideal scenario both of them finish the season here, train with the first team, get used to English football and the culture, maybe a few league appearances here and there, and unless they're really good spend the next season on a loan in League One or one of the bottom half Championship clubs, or maybe somewhere in Europe, to rack up minutes and build some confidence. And if everything goes well in a year or two they could be real assets.

And in the summer we bring in the next one or two projects and repeat that cycle. And so on.

Let's start hoarding these players until we find our own Mitoma or Caicedo.

Poor lad won't know what hit him if plays at the lane infront of 29,000. Looks like northern counties league or whatever it is called. Not well attended
