I’m always confused by this. See also the “dining out on his tap-in” allegation.

Was I just asleep while he was God’s-gifting and dining out? Is there a shred of evidence to support these claims?

Or do we just not like him because he didn’t smile much, got injured, and wanted to move on?

I'm pretty sure Berge got booed when he came back with Burnley. I'm pretty sure El Accounto fuelled that fire.

He got booed every time he touched the ball,which was many times as none of our players could get near him. Class player who others thought he was stealing a wage,especially when he got that horrendous injury.
