I don't think that team troubles the play-offs and I don't think Anel or Egan would be sticking around to find out.

I'm not proposing anything drastic in January. Maybe £3-4m on a midfielder and a loan striker.
If we go up (and we have a head-start and a strong squad as it is) then great.
If we don't, we will be selling Ndiaye (£20m), McBurnie (£10m), Berge (£10m), Egan (£8m) etc. at a rough guess anyway.

yeah would agree with all of that a goalscoring midfielder would be handy and definetly a striker on loan

The Prince is no mug and it’s no secret that he wishes to sell, or at least get fresh investment. He is both a football man and a money man and I’m sure he realises that with a bit more expenditure in January to get us over the line, he will be prepared to do just that in the assumption that the club will be more attractive for buyers/investors in the summer and would be worth considerably more than if we fail to progress this season.

I do wonder if the Prince expected to sell Berge in summer and had already 'banked' that cash.
