Are we forgetting this is the bloke who came for a trial with us while still under contract with Kidderminster?
He was only not playing for Kidderminster because he hadn't got a work permit and they'd given him compassionate leave to sort it out.
He also failed to put Sheffield United officials fully in the picture about his situation.
Is this really the sort of character we want to be looking at signing?
He'd be off at the first sign of a better offer anyway, probably behind our back.

Maybe both? I reckon they paid around £250-300,000 for him. Don't think we can afford that before anyone goes. Obviously it is quite possible that we also thought that that valuation was too high for him.
