I noted Gary Monk's comments - "for the rest of the game they had 10 behind the ball on their six-yad box and we knew what was coming."

Clearly Norwich are another club who have acquired a manager who has decided that the way to get out of the Championship is to stink the place out, everywhere they play. Ultimately, though, experience shows that those teams (like the Pigs last season) tend to come up just short and teams that try to get on the front foot are the ones that eventually prevail.

I dont condone what took place, it something i wouldn't do. I thought it was a disgrace as you never solve things with fists. But im not condoning it but im explaining it. Might be unpopular opinion dont deny. But lets not kid ourselves & have some realism. we dont have 27000 mother theresa's going to football we dont, its the reasons why we are the only sport in the uk where rival fans get separated because we cant be trusted. Some fans have alot to drink, some have short fuses. In heightened emotions that game the highest since the lee croft saga, where the referee needed escorting off. 27000 fans All it takes was 1 fan to pick on the wrong fan who wasnt thinking clearly.

Because after that 2nd half if alledgely a norwich fan said something to a utd fan. He's hardly going to say. "Oooh you, we'll get you back next time scamp haha"

99% of the time people can be, but who hasnt had a rush to the blood to the head. i laid the blame at maddison/gunn. Who can forget gunn celebrating & punching the air in front of already volatile kop atmosphere. They say "mess with the bull, you get the horn" for a reason
