That ^^^^.
We had a chat about this a week or so ago didn't we mate? And I think it's looking true on what we both agreed on, that the back three all need each other to perform to their best, this for me looks very true and Basham weakens us defensively when he plays in the three. Hopefully, the three players sitters mentions plays most games for us from now until the end of the season.

Yes we did. We got away with it against Shrewsbury and probably would against most of the poorer teams but Bradford showed we need the EEL, Wright, JO'C combination for the big games.

I think Ebanks might struggle a bit without Wright ,and basham is a liability at the back. We don't concede when its EEl-Wright-OConnell ,that should be our back 3 , Basham on the bench for me.
Yes experience with talented young players perfect

Shrewsbury didn't really test us and we didn't get out of second gear, which is still good on our part that we didn't let them play at all but they did look really poor and we will certainly get a lot sterner tests than that just like we did on Saturday but it looks like we have what it takes to tackle everything thrown at us so long as the main three play.

Well done to our scouts who are at long last getting it (W)right
That's an interesting point: how many were from Mitchell's list and how many were players CW/AK have looked at previously, as potential players for Northampton (or even Oxford)?

Will CW listen to the obvious though?

CW tends to have certain principals - on one hand he wants balance in the team, on the other he wants continuity and to "keep the shirt" - he has a real dilemma assuming JOC is fit on Saturday.

I'd go with JOC - it has to be round pegs, round holes.
