Saw him in a friendly against Stoke thought he looked good did well at Grimsby and Scunthorpe looks like it’s over for him

I actually checked the line up to see if Seriki was playing and didn’t even notice. I’ve just looked again and it’s as clear as day “Jake Eastwood”.

I remember at the end of Pale Rider where it is insinuated that Clint Eastwood’s character may in fact be some sort of returned from the dead spirit.

I admire how his name sake paid homage by displaying similar qualities on that last minute shot!

Hartlepool player urged to 'shooooot' from 30 yards by the fans. So he did. Good save by Eastwood low down but parried it straight in front of him to a waiting striker who taps it in. If Rochdale go down, I don't think they'd keep him on.

Ebanks-Landell also sent off for a high kick in a face in that game today. Alright he wasn't a world beater but hes better than that level. Looked pretty solid at league 1 level from what I recall.

It's interesting how some players look better in a better team. I mean, one season apart, looking back, did there really look that much difference in quality from Ebanks-Landell and Cameron Carter-Vickers? One in down facing relegation to the National League, the other is playing in the Champions League with Celtic. Not sure there was that much to choose between them, in fact Ebanks-Landell will probably be looked on more fondly and Carter-Vickers' most memorable moment being slipping as Joao hammers in the equaliser in our eventual 4-2 win! To quote Chris "fine lines!"
 
Wonder if he will get a new contract like every season? 🤣

Thats honestly embarrassing if he goes on loan again, has any league 2 club even tried to make a genuine investment in him?

He's taking the place of a young keeper who might have some genuine potential, does he not even try and push for a proper move so he can be a number 1 somewhere?

Comes across as a bit of a wage thief if I'm honest. I've seen summat about home grown player quota and he fits that hence keeping him on. Must be a bit embarrassing though just been carted here there and everywhere. Bit like a site labourer. Just clean the bogs, empty the bins, do a bit of painting then fuck off to a different site tomorrow.

He's doing the opposite of that, he's here making up the numbers in training as 3rd/4th choice, which means that the younger keepers with genuine potential can go out on loan when they're ready rather than hanging around our training ground being 3rd/4th choice.

Get the lad sold or let him go, weve got Amissah now, who's a far better 3rd choice keeper.
Eastwood has wasted his time with us, he needs to go and forge a career for himself.
