Not if you measure the 80% in cash terms.
Even if you take just the Brewster & Cannon shocking examples ,
They alone screw up his success rate £ for £.
 
Ipswich supporting mate suggests that they expect Philogene to leave which would mean they need Clarke
 
Has there been any credible source that this guy is surplus to requirements this season? I find it very difficult to believe that in an attempt to stay up, they would let someone of his quality leave.

On loan as well.
Our fans seem to think that if a player isn't going to get much game time that the parent club will just look to send them out on loan.
There HAS TO be something in it for the players club. Most players that are surplus to requirements will be sold, but if they are in and around the match day squad, what's the point?

No way Jack Clarke drops down a level. Better off going for Dan James and piroe. Might aswell go full leeds
 
If he was available to loan to the Championship, it would make sense to pursue this one, even if on the high end of salaries. There are a lot of focus on his limitations, because he has not been making the step up to the Prem. But, his record would suggest, the player to most likely guarantee a certain amount of assists/goals at this level. I think we need ti be quote pragmatic at this stage.

I might remember it wrong but I think he played us once, he was on a roll or about to break a record. He did absolutely nothing, or we marked him out of the game. They got a pen (I dont think he even won it) he scored, then ran off like he was prime Bergkamp.
 
Ipswich signing another forward, get him in or try Vardy, he's without a club
 
This is a delusional thread for me, there’s no chance. Every time I watched him play he looked quality. In the event they made him available for loan there are clubs in championship with some big wallets this year. Hope I’m wrong!! If we signed him I’d be having a few quid on us.
