Time for a brew. Acknowledge the effort put in. Divulge the red card. Question the pen taker then get ready to do fucking Leeds by 3 on Sunday for our first points of season

I'm trying to come up with the order I want them. out.. Deffo want Wilder ahtttt first, then Billy, but after that I'm stuck.. Plus we have to take social distancing into consideration, so can't have too many ahtttt at same time.
🤔

Wouldn’t want these bed setters next to me in the trenches. They’d run off to mummy crying after 2 defeats....1st game we concede 2 instant goals against one of the best counter attacking sides in England and the other we play almost the whole match with 10 men.

Agree it’s concerning and focusses the mind.

Actually it raises 2 questions. If you were Brewster then would you come here and if you were The Prince would you gamble and spend big putting us in financial problems if we went down.

Penalty miss aside. That's a fantastic performance given the circumstances.

Could Ramsdale have got the goal? Maybe.
Should Ampadu have been on Konza, not Stevens? Maybe.

But playing 80mins against an extra man is a ridiculous ask at any level of football. At the top level, can you imagine how hard that is.

No shame from us tonight.

My worry now is that we could be in the bottom 3 after 10 games. Must win games at home to Leeds and Fulham. Get whatever we can against Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool. That fixture list is VERY unkind.

(I realise that's only 8 games, but clearly could be in the shit)

Rambo should have save 2 of the 3 we conceded. This is a big concern, we need to protect him by changing our approach and getting some pace/creativity up front.

Looking at shoutbox made me ill. If fans had been in there would have been thousands of Blades shouting until the last, you know, supporting the team. Would any of the shoutbox heroes last a second under the management of Chris Wilder? I think not. Out on your arse the lot of ya.

Anyway, I've worked out what's going on. Some kind of gentleman's agreement with them lot from S6. We're not going to pass nil points until they do. Or something.

That's not a bad result with 10 men = we blew any chance of winning a game against a poor side due to our own ill-discipline

The players don't get credit for 'doing OK' with 10 men. It was their own fucking fault they only had 10 in the first place! It's not a virtue, it's a flaw.

(Yes, I know that strictly speaking it was the fault of the players left on the pitch. But you know what I mean).

Coming on here, bold as brass. All level-headed and talking sense.

We couldn't string two passes together I thought we were poor all over the pitch

Which other players are you blaming for Egans sending off? Where was each players Ill discipline ?

We've been here before and we get out of it with sheer hard work and dedication, just like we have done in the past.

Let’s just remember it took 17 games before we won a game in 1990/91 and still stayed up comfortably. I’m barely registering a concern at this stage, especially after that.

I'm doing a roaring trade on Facebook groups selling plastic mattress protectors tonight.
We need to lose more often.
