Once you start watching the highlights video, you just can't stop watching. You can't stop rewinding, you can't stop playing.

You can't stop laughing at the pig fans after Duffy's second goal. You notice the moment that their joy is sucked out of their soul

Best game of my life and will always be the best day of my life.

After the 3rd minute, i lost my voice. After the 2nd goal, i had already gone down rows of stairs. After the 3rd goal i had sent all the blood in my body to my brain. After the 4th goal I had started crying.

I fucking love you United, Wilder and all the players who made this a possibility

Seems a long time ago now. Lets hope for a repeat next season.

Wasn't there, but I had an amazing day being best man at my best mate's wedding so that's some consolation.

That said, a highlight of my day was turning my phone on again after the ceremony, seeing the score, then taking myself off to a quiet corner of a field and screaming in sheer ecstacy at the sky, and and a very surprised looking cow in the next field.

A day I will never forget, for multiple reasons :)

Edit to add...on the train home from Newcastle the next day I watched the highlights on repeat until my phone battery died. Did wonders for the hangover.

What a great article blade 67 and such a good reminder of what the team have achived this season. Some very, very good performances. Let today be another.

Mines there for prosperity or until I decide the Sky subscription is too expensive , still got the 3-1 Bobby Davison show on tape that I’ll never part with ,, even though I haven’t had a video player for 10 years . Still priceless

Football in many ways in a never-ending cycle. A seasons starts, you play your games, the season ends. You end up in the same division, a higher division, or a lower division. Either way, the new season then starts, you play your games, the season ends. An endless cycle, without any point to any of it.

If you've not watched this vid at least 10 times, are you really a Blade?

Of course there's a point. It gives you a lifetime of memories, most of them good.

And for me it marks the time. In a good way.
