I do think the time is right for a change

However I do think a golden goodbye for where he has taken us from, irrespective of this season is suitable

It doesn’t have to be acrimonious, we should say
“Thanks for the ride, for the memories, and for giving us not only the most successful seasons in a generation , but for rubbing the grubbies snouts in it. Here’s a wedge, take the family for a break, enjoy some down time. Thank you, and put the ringers out when we face your next team!”
3 months wages which he could have stagnated and claimed anyway

Then go to bed with a clear conscience, wake up and drive forward an institution that was here for 80 odd years before CW was even born, and will be here long after we’ve all gone to the Kop in the sky

It was the ordinary scheduled press conference to discuss the Leicester game.
I was under the impression that a new press conference was called
 
I genuinely hope that they reverse their decisions Chris reminds me of Kevin Keegan heart on sleeve but can throw the toys out
 

This is the worst news us fans have had in ages (Wilder leaving), but I will ask all those who think it's the right decision can you please give us an idea who you'd want to replace him?
 
Roberto Martinez and Graeme Jones. Martinez to leave the Belgium job after the Euros and bring his lieutenant back from the North East.
That's who I would like but not sure it's feasible

Unless they aren't negotiating a severance package, as that was just speculation as well.

I am intrigued, if not hopeful, that something else might be moving behind the scenes. Eg, could each side be looking at a compromise? Perhaps that there is no DOF outside of the PL (as Wider knows the league better than anyone) but as soon as we get back up, one is put in place?

Or maybe I am just pissing in the wind...
