If the club went out and confirmed that most of the Brooks fee and Maguire and Walker's sell on fee would go to the upkeep of our academy and pay off outstanding debts/budget for this year I wouldn't actually be unhappy.

Whilst they aren't glamorous things to spend on they are important and act as a safeguard for our future, as frustrating as it is in the short term.

However an admission of that sort would suggest that the owners aren't putting in a penny more but we sort of knew that already.

Really I would just like the club to be honest.

The owners make up the shortfall or borrow.

The wages are the biggest expense. The Money Tree pays all the other bills and we sell players every year to pay for the Desso. Birchenall, Carlin, Sabella, Hamson, right up to Murphy, Duffy and now Fleck.

What are "hidden" debts when they're at home?
