No. Give Wilder the chance to make history for the Blades by winning the play offs.

If he fails then he is history.
Even if he got us promoted via the play offs there is no way Wilder is the man to try to keep us up next season with his negative football. We are so clueless on the ball it's laughable.

If wilder stays, we won’t make the final. His heads a shed and he’s well and truly fucked.

Stevie spunk millions Cooper?

No thanks.

Getting rid of a manager just before the play-offs that we'd have jumped at at start of season?

What would that do to morale?
Only someone who wanted us guaranteed to fail would seriously consider that.
We’ve done this previously. He got players bought for him. Not bought them himself. You’re talking about a time forest bought 50 players in a season.

No one changes their manager at this stage of the season but if we don’t make it up through the play offs then it will be time for something different.

We could realistically go from having been top of the table just over a week ago to finishing fourth 10 points behind Leeds at the end of the season.

I’d only make a change now if there was a long term replacement available. We ain’t winning the playoffs regardless of who’s in change so no point bringing someone in and regretting it as soon as the playoffs are over.

At least the new manager would have 6 games to assess the squad ready for the summer rebuild. They can see for themselves where any problems are in matches. It's better than doing nothing. Wilder's plan A stopped working long ago and luck, nothing more than luck, got us the majority of results. Luck has run out and he has no clue what to do other than to keep doing the same thing but change personell to prove that it's not him and his methods. Clueless.

I’ve no issue getting rid of Wilder, but unless there is a no brainier type of replacement available I’d either stick with Wilder or do something crazy like give Warnock a go.

We should go through the correct processes to find a new manager. Getting someone new now risks becoming a panic replacement that we could end up regretting.

Absolutely not. If, by some miracle, we got promoted, he’d blow another £100m on “potential”, we’d be on 5 points at Christmas, he’d walk and no decent manager would even consider us.

That’s what would happen (again) if Wilder got munneh. No Jonny foreigners either.
