The moves recently says the Americans will not tolerate failure or falling just short. No trophy for 100 years maybe the Americans will change that with a Coach and not a manager.
The powers that be want success only time will tell if we get it but if we had continued on the same old same old we will fall short everytime.
I have to admit personally I didn’t want Wilder to go I wanted him to get another year but I’m not crying about it. I am now looking forward to supporting the new coach and the team and maybe some interesting signings that don’t flop

And can manage more than 60mins🙂
 
It certainly is a new era. I'm still on the fence about the whole change but hopefully the future is bright. It's been a special time to be a blade having your manager and captain as boyhood blades, the chances of that happening again are slim to none. I think I'm going through separation anxiety.
