The next SLO meeting is scheduled to take place a week on Thursday.

Please read the feedback from the last meeting to see what was covered: http://www.s24su.com/forum/index.php?threads/feedback-from-slo-meeting-27-03-14.33958/

Over the last few summers, the meetings haven't taken place during close-season so this is really your chance to raise any suggestions for the club that you'd ideally like to see implemented before the new season and comments, good and bad, from this past season.

We'll also hopefully hear some season ticket news this week so once we have it, please feedback on that.

Any comments about Wembley that you'd like the club to pass on to Wembley officials or feedback on? Tickets, travel and trouble I'm guessing?

The agenda will most likely be set by the end of this week so please leave your comments before 5pm on Friday.

Its not an issue but something which I thought could be quite entertaining for the fans during the close season.

If the club could utilise youtube (twitter and facebook with pictures) during the pre season training and any mini tours which might be planned just to give us fans an insight into what happens in pre season training and any little 'tid-bits' like that. Whether its a little video on some drills the players are doing, or a comical game which happens every day at training or even these games of hearts which are played on the team bus could be quite interesting to watch (at least I would watch them anyway).

Any sort of content which can be shown to the public during the pre season to keep people involved with the club and what goes on during the close season (obviously when the players are back from their holidays). I dont expect exclusive interviews with clough about potential signings or anything like that.
Maybe a round of interviews with the players in a similar fashion to the 'Longest in the shower' set of questions on Soccer AM - nothing to serious but stuff to keep us going throughout the summer.

On a different note, I think its ridiculous that Wembley force clubs to sell tickets by the block as opposed to allowing people to just pick where they sit. I have no doubt they have their reasons for this but I really dislike it and think it needs to change.

We'll also try and get something out of them re. pre-season but I don't think anything will be forthcoming.

On this one, I think the only reason they do this is to make Wembley look as full as possibly on TV!

That's my thought anyway

A couple of things which have occurred to me reading through the survey responses but not directly raised:

* Create "how to" videos on Youtube for how to purchase tickets online
* Encourage anyone who isn't registered to buy tickets online to do so
* Use the marketing database better i.e. ST holders don't necessarily need to know matchday ticket prices
* One kiosk per stand offered out to local food/brewery businesses - get people in ground earlier & good publicity for supporting local business

I have a specific Season Ticket question.

During this season, whilst without a season ticket for the first time in years, I've got into the habit of going into the Westfield Corner.

I know they don't sell season tickets for this area but there are hardly any games where this corner has to be vacated for opposing fans.

I will buy a season ticket for the Kop next year but because of the rake, the view is actually terrible (ie for the important bits when we are attacking and about to score !). Whereas the view from the Westfield is actually amongst the best in the ground.

Looking at the conditions of season tickets, it says concessions can "upgrade" 6 times a season. I presume this means go to another part of the ground. It says nothing about other Season ticket holders.

The Club needs to recognise that on occasions Season Ticket holders will want to move to be with Family and Friends for certain games. We have many supporters that don't live anywhere near Bramall Lane but attend when they are visiting (and of course aren't season ticket holders). All my Family and Friends hate the Kop for the reason given above.

Can I upgrade for some games to the Westfield Corner / South Stand ? Are any of these upgrades free ? What is the cost of an upgrade for any individual game to a) the Westfield Corner b) the South Stand.

If you could get an answer on that, I'd be grateful. Sorry it's been long-winded.

For 3 seasons I moved mine and my daughters seats from our season ticket seats on the Kop to the Westfield Corner. Much better view for a 6 year old up there. We never had any trouble she was a free upgrade and I just had to pay the difference each game.

OK, roughly how much do they charge you per game for an upgrade ? Thanks

Think it varied depending on the category, but usually a couple of quid, basically it was the difference in match day price. Not done it for the last couple of seasons as daughter now loves it on the kop and is able to see properly.

Damn missed again, any chance of a quick summary of the last few meets? Was owt mentioned about opening up the family stand to those who always used to sit in there and would like to on occasions? there was talk of some changes on policy to this stand, anything said?

It was a bit of a shortened meeting due to work commitments and family issues of those attending so it was a quick rush through with one representative group (not us) dominating the agenda.

Another meeting is going to be scheduled to look at the feedback from the survey (all the data of which has been passed on to the club) and we'll use that opportunity to chuck any more comments forward.

Feedback from the previous meeting can be found here: http://www.s24su.com/forum/index.php?threads/feedback-from-slo-meeting-27-03-14.33958/
