Have been looking back on CW's managerial record. Incredibly he has not finished the season lower than the previous season with a club he has managed until as far back as 2007-08 season, that's twelve seasons ago. The guy deserves a lifetime achievement award or certainly an MBE for what he has done in football management. Absolutely brilliant.
