It's getting very very tight. Currently there is no Ramsdale replacement, nobody able to naturally play wide, no midfield enforcer and, other than Freeman, no creativity or scoring threat in midfield. Those would be the obvious priorities but cover for Egan (would the club seriously rely on a 19 year old with 2 performances to him name??) and a striker (other than Sharp) that could score should also be addressed (but I don't think they will be!)
Unfortunately, I think most of us (even those of us that try to put positive slants on things) can guess the likely outcome by the deadline.
We've signed 1 player on loan in 12 months. The idea we will get 4 in a day seems fanciful at best. Hopefully they prove us wrong
