If, and it's a big if, McCabe sells up, would you prefer a similar investor, one who looks at the club as a business and runs it accordingly. No spending money like mad, but sensible progress.

Or would you prefer someone who is absolutely loaded, and would spend money like Man City but could pull out and drop us in the shit at any moment, or even worse leave us with a mountain of debt in pursuit of promotion, trophies and glory?

I think the way you convey those choices is slightly weighted! :D

Option one for me though I would like to see us mount a more sustained push for the Premiership.

Well, yes, but the nature of investment is you like to see more money than you put in. With a sugar daddy it's basically a rich foreign idiot spunking money away on his fantasy team. I'd love us to attract a rich chap with a lot more money than sense.:D

I know it's probably not possible but a little bit of both please.

Someone who won't put us in masses on debt but is willing to put his hand in his pocket to buy a few prem class players to make the difference.

Someone who'll come in and plough millions of ethically earned pounds into SUFC for the good of the community - and do so with no desire to see a penny of it paid back or with any other strings attached.

Any takers - BB?? :D
