International Call ups

I notice the next round of international fixtures are the weekend we play Colchester at home (5th Sept).

Not sure if sammon is still in the ROI setup but Edgar and reed are likely to have call ups. can you see us having the game moved?

If I'm not mistaken, we'd have to apply to have a game postponded.

At first, I thought it would be unlikely for us to get the postponement, but looking at our first team players that might get called up:

Sammon - We have a lot of strikers injured, unfit or awful, so we'd miss out on Sammon. We'd either have to play McNuts or use Sharp as a lone striker.

Che - You can probably tell how much I rate Che. As UB said, he will probably get called up for a youth team. This means that we no longer have a good inside forward on the left wing, or a left winger at all (assuming Done is still injured in September).

Edgar - Without Edgar, our back 4 would just turn into a repeat of last season. No confidence at all, panicking at every aerial ball, it would be a mess.

That's only three players, but it would have a huge effect on the team's performance as a whole. Depending on any other signings NA makes, this game could well be postponed.

Sammon hasn't played for Republic of Ireland since 2013.
Reed has been in the England U18's squad but may be too old now?
Current England U19 and U20 players are almost all from Premier League clubs.
It would be quite an achievement for both Reed and Adams to get selected for those squads.

Conclusion. A postponement due to international call ups seems unlikely. Edgar will be missing for some key games.

Kler Heh is apparently to be called up by Myanmar as well. Not sure if he counts with him not being a first teamer though.
