Plenty of glee on here that Sander is being slated by Norwegian supporters. I'm not his biggest fan but as I don't support Norway, don't really give a fuck how he performs for them.

Berge was ok when he came on. Fluffed a shot which may have frustrated some people. But it's been a while since he had a great game for Norway, and the midfield trio that started the last couple of games look a good mix and have done well. I think Berge will be on the bench for the next round of internationals as well.

You can keep banging your one man drump supporting Berge tho Bergen Blade... im sure hes glad to have at least 1 deluded person thinking hes playing ok when hes clearly not and looked unmotivated for club and country for yonks.

That's just bollocks. While Berge should influence games a lot more than he currently does, he's clearly one of our best players and anyone doubting his ability is deluded.

I think a lot of it is psychological though. It's almost like he doesn't realise he's bigger, stronger and better than 99% of players in the championship. He's a soft lad and has never pretended he's not, but he could probably do with some boxing training which would up his confidence and make him tougher all over.

It doesn't help when he plays a safe pass backwards instead of a Hollywood ball and gets routinely abused for it, but it also doesn't help when he has static teammates not showing for the ball. It's hard for him to win sometimes!

Hes not the best player at Sheffield United... heck hes not even one of the best players in the Championship.

Playing for a team previously that qualified for Champions League does not equal a Champions League quality player.

His level is Championship or a league in a different European country which levels are similar to the Championship.

If he does ever get a top move I think he will very quickly get found out as not good enough by a very big margin.

Maybe would do better if they had a manager who had managed at a higher level than Solbakken?
