The transfer market at the top end has gone daft this summer , from Bournemouth looking for £90m for Alex Scott to Lankshear at £10m .
Dont know if its circumstance or foresight that weve held off , suddenly £15m for Peck sounds realistic .
Perhaps not joining in yet , holding onto what we have whilst the market is spiralling , whilst maybe not a tactic may ultimately serve us well.
The outs and ins might be late in the window as ever , which is always crap for preseason but I can see why getting the business done early this year comes at a cost.
Must be a bloody nightmare being a manager or CEO right now .
