Walker kept losing the ball in his own half leaving us exposed.
Wardy did the same on the left just further up the field and yet you are championing them.

Why don't you have a go at Henderson for not being there for the pull back?
Wasn't it Ched who put Walker in?

No, it was Walker's ability to get past a man, as it was for the penner.
Something your useless £3m plank, whose job it should be, cannot dream of doing.

Ched went on a run in the first half an beat two men there was no options or movement so he had to shoot when the rest of the defence closed him down. Not saying he skins his man everytime (that's not his job) but you said he cant do it. He can and did it live on TV he also got a penalty.
Incidentally Walker's job is mainly to defend and he was piss poor at that. Giving the ball away again which is happening time and time again. He was also all at sea for the winner on the wrong side of the only man anywhere near him. Fortune should of dealt with it, but who had Walker picked up?
He lost the ball going on a stupid run in the Newcastle game, and that's just the last two.

Walker was our best player and our best attacking option which says it all about the rest of the team.
The central defence was terrifyingly bad and I'd like to thank Robins for taking Bogdanovic off when he probably thought the game was won.
It's ok to blame injuries for disruption to the team but it's not and never will be an excuse for players having no idea what they're doing other than hoofing the ball up the pitch.
And well done to Henderson for keeping his cool with both penners. Good lad.

I thought you'd said you watched the match?

Walker our best player? at times he was their best player. He kept punting the ball randomly (when his own players and the bench were telling him otherwise), he kept losing the ball, straying around the pitch and ducking headers.

Don't get me wrong, he did some good things too, but tonight was one of his worst performances in a blades shirt for me. He should have been looking to cross when he dived for the second penalty too.

Hendo had a good game with little support, won virtually every header and was cool with the pens.

Still, bit much of Blackwell to read your earlier comments and fake another two injuries. I mean its pathetic when he takes a keeper off at half time just so he has an excuse for not winning ;)

Opinions and arseholes, everyone has one.

I thought Kyle was extremely poor tonight and has been for a while. You don't therefore, opinions and arseholes.

Kyle did alright I thought he got further forward than most of our midfield and managed to win the penalty (abit of a debatable one).

Treacy hit the post so that's 3

but we were due a bit of luck and we got a big slice tonight.

How can hitting the post be on target:confused:. If it was on target we would have won. As usual i thought the middlefield was just not there but more worrying was ths the defence.

Yes but some talk through the wrong hole more than others.
so tell me when you bottom burp, does it come out as a shout:D

Blackwell please fuckoff now.

We don't want you at this club, the football is dire, you haven't got a clue the fans don't like you, neither do the players.

GO!
That's what the shoutbox is for.

Yup, he did most of those things - but so did every other player in a Blades shirt, that's how we're trained to play.
But within that, he saved the game and probably Blackwell's job for another couple of weeks and looked one of our best options going forward.
And dived? It was a nailed on penner. He probably also looked up and realised you know who was having a fag at the back post so there was no point in crossing anyway.

I'm not one for wanting manangers sacked willy nillly. Stability is generally the best policy but I ask myself do I believe in Blackwell to get us promoted and if he did, do I think he would have a chance of keeping us there ? The answer sadly is no.

We seem to be going backwards at an alarming rate. Injuries may be a reason but why do we have so many ? Is it just bad luck or is it our policy of very high tempo training referred to by a number of players. Are we flogging ourselves to death before we even play the match?

Whatever the reason the composition of the squad has not helped the situation and that is Blackwell's fault. Why have six wingers ( Cotts, France, Treacy, Reid, Ward, Little) and yet have only 3 centre halves and only 3 forwards. The squad is unbalanced and has way two many loan players trying to plug the glaring holes.

The style of play is also pretty turgid at best. We actually hit a bit of form in the two play off semis, attacking fullbacks, some passing in midfield and more movement upfront ( spoiled by Craig Beatties woefull finishing admittedly) . So instead of continuing with this we revert back to hoofing the ball and playing percentage football.

Something needs to change pretty soon because you can feel the unrest growing amongst us. I wont boo Blackwell, I wont be chanting for his head but in truith I wish he wasnt here.

tonge was crap for years (after mccall retired.. coincidence?) before we finally offloaded him to stoke.. some people are obsessed with old players returning.. they'll be on about brown next (again!.. groan)..
i have to say that in 40 years quinn is the worst player i have EVER SEEN in a blades shirt.. when you consider some of the fools i have endured that is some statement believe me.. he contributes nothing apart from the odd freekick once a year.. HOW DOES HE GET IN THE TEAM?

>do I believe in Blackwell to get us promoted and if he did, do I think he would have a chance of keeping us there ?
pfft..still on about 'promotion' are you mad?.. wake up and smell the coffee.. your question should read 'do i believe in Blackwell to save us from relegation?'.. i shit you not.. this is fucking serious.. we are in FREEFALL
