Not a Brian the Blade post.

As I was leaving the Kop end of the South Stand there was a mighty roar as two - posh - cars collided. It looked as it they were both trying to reverse into the same space. Calmed down for a second and then it went up again! Anyone else see what happened?

Looks like the two cars kidney punched each other

Hope one of them was the nob in the Silver Bentley who nearly ran us over on the corner of Shoreham Street and Cherry Street attempting to shove people out of the way.
Little tip farquahar - there's been a match on. Shitloads of people are about. Wait 15 minutes and we'll all be gone. In the meantime watch out for pedestrians. When there's a large group of people wandering about they sometimes think they have right of way and no amount of gesturing, revving, posturing and trying to dry-hump your way through the crowd is going to alter that.

Saw 2 arguments Saturday due to moronic driving. One on a road off John St (can't remember the name) where a young woman was having a right go at another woman driver. Also on Shoreham St at the junction with St Mary's rd where some cock went through a red light on a crossing and nearly hit a bloke.

Just seen Carlton Palmer with brief case in hand on Shoreham St behind the Kop (with another bloke)

I do hope he hadn't got an appointment at the Lane. We don't want to be paying him a single penny for owt he has to offer

Remember leaving John Street in the 90s and this woman deciding she would get in her car outside one of the houses just as thousands left the ground.

She looked nervous as hell but was not going to stop for the crowds. She ended up driving about 50 yards with one bloke sat on the bonnet, who proceeded to boot the door panel when he managed to get off, and then managed to squash another bloke up against a parked car who punched a lovely dent in the roof.

Expensive do not being able to wait 10 minutes.

Probably trying to scrounge some left over paint to touch up around the edges of that Leppings Lane fakeover job.

Probably doing another "Come Dine With Me" in one of the student flats.

anyone here on Saturday when that posh car tried to get thru?
Yes! The Aston Martin. I think it went in good humour though. A bloke with pint in hand just sidled up to the driver's side and said "Ow much money's tha got?!" The guy played up to it revving the crap out of it as he crawled through the crowd. Thought he'd stalled it for a second but unfortunately not. It did sound nice though. Unlike the shit Corsa or something that crawled through earlier and the guy got really mardy and thrashed it angrily up the road as soon as he got through!

There was a collision near the KFC as I walked back to my car. Two blokes arguing with one calling the other an arrogant bastard for pulling out. Thought fisty cuffs were imminent but it seemed to die down.

I've mixed opinions on this one with regards to traffic and pedestrians. When roads are shut walk wherever you please but it seems some fans continue this once beyond the road closures even when there is clearly space on the pavement. Many people seem to forget basic road safety and cross the road whenever and wherever they want causing cars to brake. Yes there a lot of people all leaving at the same time but it's a two way thing. Cars need to drive slowly and sensibly near the crowds but people need to keep off the roads as best they can so cars don't feel like they need to get up some momentum to stop people walking out in to the road.

Boring post over

I walked past this but couldn't get a clear view for all the handbags!

I saw the first one. You could hear some scrubber shouting at the top of her voice to the woman in the car "I've got my fucking kid with me!"

I couldn't help thinking what a fine example she was setting by shouting that at the top of her voice.

But did her multi coloured Citroen Picasso receive any damage to the rest of the damage that was already adorning every panel!??
