You didn't think I meant the other lot did you? LOL I'm a Blade through & through but that doesn't mean I can't wish my local team the best of luck does it? One game away from a Wembley final & top of there league too

They were only established in 1998 so I bet there's a connection with the grunters

Wonder why we never played Cleethorpes pre season . It was always Skegness Town under Warnock . We must have had some connection somewhere down the line .

Do they play their home games in Grimsby?
Yes they do play in Grimsby but hope to move back to Cleethorpes in the future as this song illustrates

Cleethorpes Home

In our Cleethorpes home, in our Cleethorpes home

We speak with an accent exceedingly rare

You want a rock factory we’ve got one to spare

In our Cleethorpes home, in our Cleethorpes home

We’ve got loads of nightclubs if you want a beer

We’ve got candyfloss, a big wheel and the pier

In our Cleethorpes home,

Can't they just swap with Grimsby Town then ? :)
There semi final tie has sold out but then there ground only has a 1,000 capacity (120 seated) maybe they should have tried to play at Grimsby Town.
Grimsby Town hope to build a new ground on the outskirts, next to the crematorium, bad news for away fans wanting a day at the seaside, the new site is nowhere near the seafront, railway station, pubs & fish n chip shops.
