Has had a tough start at OM. Got subbed at 60 mins today and was crying when he came off. Reading a lot of their fans comments on twitter it seems like a lot want him dropped from the 11 until he is ready.

Lots of pressure hes put on himself to live out his dream move. So far not working that well for him. Maybe a loan to a newly promoted team in England would help him… 😅

Well he can thank his agent and those at Marseille that emotionally blackmailed him into joining them.

It actually upsets me a bit. He always looked like he enjoyed playing football, so it must be hurting him. Hopefully he doesn't look back and regret anything but at the moment it looks a bit like he rushed into his dream move.

He rushed the decision, I think a season or two in the Premier League would have helped his career more.

Let’s be fair to him.

Took billy sharp 3 tries to get things right here! Am sure it’ll turn out alright for him he’s that talented - but can’t help but feel there’s maybe a small part of him who will be thinking what if In terms of the PL if it continues to go poorly.

Hope for the Marseille fans he stinks the place out though

The wheels looked like falling off for him there as soon as they got knocked out of the Champions League. Especially with the summer signings they made they would have expected to progress.

I have no bitterness towards him whatsoever. Genuinely feel lucky to have seen him play for us. It’s his boyhood club ffs.

I don't like the U-turn he made on his contract that said it is sad that he isn't happy and clearly a fair chunk of the OM fanbase are complete cunts.

Looks like he's getting subbed off in every game.

Aubameyang hasn't score a goal yet either, but he's washed so that was to be expected.

A lot to be said for moving up to the next level in familiar surroundings where you’ve prospered previously. Hope he hasn’t rushed his next career move too soon.

Didn't give too much of a thought for United or the fans whilst he ummed and ahhed over signing a contract for months before pushing a move through at the last minute and just before the season began, leaving us in the shit - forgive me for not feeling too sympathetic towards him.

Undoubtedly one of the best I've seen at BL but let's not pretend he didn't fuck us over when Marseille flashed him a bit of tit.

Yes, I'm bitter.

Don’t wish any ill of him.
He’s been a pleasure to watch. Refused the Everton move in Jan to help the cause.
Yes, it left a sour taste in the mouth when he backtracked having agreed to sign his contract, but at the end of the day, it was his prerogative.

The club moves on. We’ve got new players. Hopefully the likes of Hamer, Souza and Archer help us fans to forget the past

I watched the game tonight, he had about 3 touches in his 65 minutes, looked unhappy and lost, they are playing him on the shoulder of the last man, with aubameyang behind, he looked like a statue up there

Not the ndiaye I know

That’s a contradiction no? He ummed and ahhed and almost stayed despite working his socks off to get himself in to a position where Marseille - a big club who play European football every season - wanted to buy him. Most players - even those who didnt support Marseille as a youth - would have forced that through, downed tools, whatever needed to be done.

Yes he went in the end but sounds like Marseille played very dirty and we had left ourselves the possibility of him leaving for free in 12 months.

Never gave less than everything he had. I’m 55 and he’s been the best player I’ve ever seen in red and white. More end product than Sabella although he was playing alongside much more limited players god bless him.
Would have him back in a heartbeat but hope he can show the OM fans what an absolute superstar he is.

That’s a contradiction no?
No, that was kinda my (admittedly badly) disguised point - it was a selfish decision (which was entirely within his gift to do so) with little thought for the consequences to United's preparations.

I get why some want to see him do well. But not for me. I think he let us down badly in the end.
