Go to night clubs and brag to lovely ladies about being a professional footballer. Splash some cash on expensive drinks. Then take the nicest one home.
Would also buy all my supermarket ready meals from the ‘best of’ range and get luxury quilted bog roll.
I would also set up direct debits for all my regular bills, so I didn’t forget to pay them. It’s a busy life being a pro footballer I can tell you!
What about Nuhiu? He’s got tits.Become the first gender neutral footballer for the laugh.
What about Nuhiu? He’s got tits.
Get really lean and fit, practice close control and footwork a lot, and think of reinventing myself as a ball winning box to box type.
Is he related to Jadon Sancho? There’s no shame in beaing the 4th potentially third best (depending on Coutts) central midfielder for a team in the premiership (next season of course).
He’s a good player but we have better it’s how successful football teams work. Jordan Sancho was 6th best at City now look at it him.
But if I was him I’d keep training hard knowing midfielders like him usually get snapped up and have a good football career.
Is it just me who genuinely thinks he’s half decent?
You've answered what a lot think - half decent. The quality of our best 11 is why they are our best 11 and why we have been top 3 in the division for quite a while.
Lundstram and Evans played in the first 2 games and the entire midfield was awful. Fleck played also but the midfield was just a total mismatch of players.
He is far from being a bad player - it all depends where some of our fans want to play their football. Ask the pigs as they are now seeing what "average" really means, except they are paying exceptional wages for average and mediocre.
UTB
Thats the problem with him though. He's so top heavy he needs to play every week just to be match sharp. I'd be asking to play in every U23 game. Its about his speed of thought and vision just as much as his physique. I'm not sure being leaner and fitter will improve that.
This. His positional awareness and thought process is always a split second or two behind, meaning he often looks off the pace.
Plectrum would get pickedChange my name to John Plectrum and work in a guitar shop where I’d be wanted.
Why do people feel the need to criticise someone because they aren't as good as someone else? He was signed when mid table was the expectation, for which he would be fine. We just happened to move on much quicker than he could.
Because he is paid relatively handsomely to perform a specific role at a specific level. He fails at this. He along with the players that were brought in January last year were grossly inferior to what was required. The others have been culled, and I would suspect the JL will be leaving in the next transfer window. In my humble opinion, he is not only not good enough for us, but not good enough for a mid table championship side. He is comfortably a League 1, with the possibility of being a player for a bottom 5 championship side with continued effort & application. He lacks mobility, which is a vital ingredient in a modern player. Players lacking this have to make up for it by being really good at something else. He isn't. He's the footballing equivalent of lukewarm water, 5/10 across all skill sets.
Whilst the club are paying his not inconsiderable wages, and whilst those wages are in part paid for by us punters, he is open to a fair & just critique.
Don't then criticise the man for being just that, a League 1 player.
