Blame the fucking lot of them and Hecky as well.

Game management was diabolical last night, players thought they could have a stroll second half, 2-0 up and the opposition down to 10 men. It was obvious that Preston were not afraid to throw men forward and we didn't give them anything defensively to think or worry too much about.

Why bring Didzy on? ....all it did with him and Sharp up top was allow Preston time to regroup their 2 banks of 4. As shite as he is I would have chucked Burke on for Sharp, Preston would have been forced to leave another man back against his and Brewsters pace....threat nulified, defend from the front, game seen out comfortably.

Perhaps if Brewster had scored 1 of the 5 million chances he got last night, we'd not be discussing who to bring on. Hell, even getting 1 on target would be a start. He's absolute shite.....

We need a big clear out of the playing squad. This lot don’t have the heart or desire anymore.

Changing manager just papers over the cracks and buys more time for them.

SJ probably called this in a board meeting and it wasn’t what they wanted to hear. Enter PH who will work with anything and not have the balls to rock the boat.
To be honest this is how I saw SJ’s departure, doesn’t think the squad we’ve got is good enough and was told he’s just got to work with what he’s got so they got a manager in that would just be grateful for the opportunity so wouldn’t complain about anything

I haven't played for a good 35 year's (injury and and kids) but we were taught as a centre half to keep goal side at all times and where possible play off the forwards shoulder so you had eyes on and could anticipate his movements FFS we have 3 of them, the other major problem is and I often notice this at the few games I get to they aren't vocal also the best goalkeepers are right gobby twats (Henderson had this in hand brilliantly) and ours are so silent it's stupid (not seen wes live so can't comment on him)
The other problem we have is a CDM we don't have anyone to break up play we need to try Slater or bring Brunt back into the fold

That first picture looks like a bunch of 7 years olds chasing after the ball in a swarm trying to get a kick of the ball.

That's just basic stuff that. What the fuck do we do in training all day?
Just DON'T get me started on what they do in training because the evidence is not a xxxxxxx lot

We tell our u12s "pick up a shirt" and "stay goalside of your man", these are the very basics. I see players that have played at the highest level in picture 1 not doing this.

I was shouting this at the TV at the time, as I do from the stand. Seems to be every game

Why bring Didzy on? ..

I can see why he did it. Didzy has been our best player for keeping and retaining the ball. He also is a lot better defensively than Brewster. The ball was coming straight back at us and not sticking upfront.

I would have put Berge on (or Slater if he was fit) for an extra man in midfield, taken Brewster off (who has been injured and was clearly tiring and no longer tracking back) and played Ndiaye just behind Sharp. So, still pace upfront with an extra man in midfield.

Maybe we should get Monty back as manager. He at least knew what to do when he didn't have the ball. ie the fucking basics.

Exactly mate - as United fans we’ve seen it all before - UTB

Strong in the air too, would have been good to have someone in our box at corners to help clear it.

Agreed, all those who think the flood gates are suddenly going to open for him are quite frankly deluded. It could have been argued that originally the service wasn't there for him but based on last nights showing it's purely down to his atrocious finishing

Guarantee if the floodgates did open, he would still put the ball over them, just wide, or at best hit the gate posts.

Golden balls Basham. Doesn't take any quality at all to be a modern day Blades legend. Chris is the proof.

I mean you are allowed to say they have been poor the last 2 games which they have

But you can also say they are blades legends Id say Bash is the biggest legend from the Prem

I think he deserves his legend status more than anyone , but he has been poor along with egan the last couple of weeks

Think you're all looking in the wrong places, try here;

That thing when girls spend shit loads of time together and their menstrual cycles synchronise… definitely a case of that on here with how many are on their fucking period.

I fucking shit you not...................

these pictures below are of blind football, and just in case some of them are blagging it and are partially sighted, they blindfold them

In each picture they are doing a better man marking job that our overpaid prima donnas

maybe we should recruit these lads, may be blind but at least they can pick a man up on a fucking football pitch

Basham got turned inside out by Lawrence on Saturday and miles out of position for both goals last night, yet its the same old faces that get the shit.
Basham was great when he got back into the team, last 2 he's been poor. It's almost as if once they get in the side, they just start taking it easy

I was there last night and Basham was head and shoulders our best player. All this bleating would have been avoided if Brewster had put the game to bed like he should have done on a couple of occasions.

I remember the ball bouncing 10 yards off Brewsters chest and setting them on the attack. That was probably the last straw for Hecky

What’s happening now is nothing new, I’ve been going since the 50s and this happens every decade. You watch them play well and everyone is happy, but when things get bad it all gets nasty. Support the players and remember take the rough with the smooth.⚔️👍

Bloody he'll! That first frame reminds me of when we had Lundsram in our ranks. Appears we now have seven of em.
Oh where art thou JOC.

Dominant leader captain centre half required and has been since JOC was injured.

The kind of comedy defending in the OP doesn't happen when you have a decent leader digging into the rest of them.
