i had actually watched the match and agree with most of the stuff said above about it being refreshing to watch such an open game. I also have an irrational hatred of Jordan Henderson but i think this is compounded by the overall negativity in the midfield selection. If Barkley is our best "creative" midfielder we have serious problems. Henderson would probably be OK as a true holding midfielder although the fact that he always passes backwards could make for a really dull game if he just sat in front of the back four. Although maybe the extra practice in accepting a pass may help Maguir

If Wilder was England manager, everybody would moan about the team he picked for the first few games, and say how he shouldn't be managing England, but claim he's the greatest ever(which we already know!), when he delivered the world cup and European cup in his first 4 years!

Also virtually impossible to implement a certain style of play as all clubs play differently. I think going to Real Madrid would be Wilder’s best option when he leaves the Blades..........Not England
