... would you want them to?

Would it matter whether the rule break was made public or not?

Personally, I don't think there are any teams in the league who don't try to bend the rules slightly to suit their own needs.

What do you reckon?

I'd stop supporting them straight away if they resorted to cheating.

Like I said, I'm sure many clubs bend the rules without it becoming public...

Where do you draw the line at cheating?

Diving?

Feigning injury?

Harassing referees?

All against the rules of the game Jonny...

You'll be handing in your season ticket then?

I'd draw the line at us signing players on the Tevez scale. I'm ok with diving etc because we never seem to get away with it anyway.

Id probably still support the blades anyway although it does depend on what the club did.

I will support united forever im well and truly hooked.I would still be there week in week out if we were dirty cheats but i wouldnt like the fact.

Excellent post Linz, good to show that rationality is setting in ;) I can't stand seeing players dive, feigning injury etc. Personally, I find players holding up an imaginary card to influence the Ref one of the most distasteful things you can see at a game - I know it's not cheating as such, but it's certainly not in the spirit of the game. The amount of blades fans who've responded to the Kabba incident with "well everyone does it" kinda sums it up for me.

To be fair though, it does happen all the time in the Championship!

True it does and i wondered what all the nonsense was about really when the Kabba situation came up.

There is what is sometimes refered to a 'professionalism', getting the maximum advantage within the rules of the game and there is breaking the rules. I would not expect SUFC ever to break the rules, Cheats should never prosper.

Definatley agreed there, one of the most unsportsman like acts in the game. Especially when half the time someone has dived for the foul;)
