Really hope we've been practicing penalties just in case!
We don't have a dazzling record in penalty shoot outs. As if being a Blade your nerves are'nt shot to shit enough already.
My 5 takers would be...
1. Cotterill
2.Ward
3.Hendo
4.halford
5.Howard

We have no chance if it goes to pens. Unless Kenny wants to be the hero.

Do away goals count in Play Offs still?

I'd have:-

Howard
Cotterill
Hendrie
Ward
Halford

Nope! Because it gave an advantage to the team that finished lower in the league, as they potentially had that extra 30 mins in the 2nd leg to score an extra away goal.

If it goes to pens... I am going to leave.

I have never seen us win a penalty shoot-out as far as I can remember.

If it goes to penalties we deserve to get stuffed.

PNE are shite !

The Blades will rip em apart................... 5-0

I've got a feeling we'll be in for a long night Monday. Somebody to win it in extra time.

My heart can't take pens.

Sheffield United 1 - Coventry 1, Fa Cup QFs 199(7?) is the last I remember. Lots of empty seats as people started going home early convinced we were never going to equalise. Holdsworth leveller in injury time. Surely there must have been one since?

West Ham at home in 2004, and Shrewsbury away in 2004/2005(?) are two that spring to mind for me.

Wasn't there that night :)

West Ham at home in 2004,

I think I was working for that one... not sure...

... and as the most boring match I have ever seen in my life, I have consigned that one to the very recesses of my memory :D

Arsenal knocked us out of the cup at t'Lane on pens in 2005 was it?

Blackburn 1993 was a good one, when Wardy got a hattrick :)
