Corrected
I think we pressed them quite well especially in the first half. On some occasions though Sharp and Clarke would press but the midfield wouldn't allowing them to bring the ball out from the back and leaving us exposed.Teams will suss Fulham out - we sussed out Reading who wanted to play a similar style.
It would have been a different game had Duffy (when he danced through 3 or 4) had made it 2 nil.
There will be plenty who close them down - ie: Norwich.
We let them play - many won't.
We just have to hold up our hands, accept we were out footballed and move on, but learn from it.
Fulham's gone - bring on Birmingham.

Teams have already sussed Fulham out, hence why they'd only won 4 games prior.Teams will suss Fulham out - we sussed out Reading who wanted to play a similar style.

Fulham's all round play and goalscoring ability tells me they are seriously short changing their fans considering their league position. Maybe that's why they only brought 12 of them.
Teams have sussed that if you play negatively and defend in numbers then Fulham don’t have a clue
Then the trick is to catch them on the break.
Last night was the other way round. Our style suited Fulham an I’m sure Wilder will have learnt lot.
It was us being positive pushing forward and Fulham loved all the space catching us on the break with their pacey forwards.
