I'm putting together a highlight of passionate fans.
I seem to remember around the 2002 season there was a little boy filmed praying and celebrating at the same time. I think it was during our cup run, they used the image on sky for a few months, and I even think the local news tracked the lad down and interviewed him.
1) have I imagined all this? If not..
2) can anyone point me into the right place for a picture, video of gif of the mini blade that I'm describing?

Pretty sure it is - fella on the left's bow-tie says 'PLAY UP SHEFFIELD' on it and he's carrying a particularly ornate blade. Political correctness gone mad that you can't bring a cavalry sword to matches anymore

Yes there's a charity set up by him and his family called Friends of Yellowman, he was a cracking guy, and you'll see him on most highlights of goals scored in front of the Kop for years. Absolutely top bloke he was!
