I'm pretty sure in an interview about the save Seaman almost thanks Jags for smashing the follow up wide. He says that if the rebound had gone in then nobody would ever remember the classic save that came before it, hey, us blades are just happy to help.

Darlington, final game of the 4th division campaign. My favourite season (we were CHAMPIONS, not runners up) the only time I've ever seen us win a trophy.
Also, my favourite away game with over 10,000 merry Blades there.
What sticks in my memory most is the fact that we knew we would win, no nerves, no thinking we would screw up just 100% confidence in the outcome. Great day and thanks for the photo.

Yeah I saw that interview too. I'd forgotten all about Jags missing the rebound as only the save stuck in my head as well as screaming like a mad man at the ref that it had crossed the line. Replays proved me wrong though

I couldn't sleep until about 3:00 AM. Too much adrenaline still flowing!

There's rumoured to be a Blade living under the seats on the kop who doesn't know the match is over. Apparently he went to ground with 5 minutes to go and never came back out, surviving to this day on bits of dropped balti pie.

It's said that if you stand outside the kop at dusk, you can hear him whistling for time with the ocassional plaintive cry of "Aggggh much longer ref?"

Last match of the season 30 years ago. Brighton fans on the pitch, about 30 Blades got on and cleared it for health and safety reasons!
