It's a shame to think that on this forum at certain point I the future there will be 100 page threads with heated abusive arguments about what a useless wanker he was and how he only looked out for himself/left us in the shit /was a dinosaur
And I can't wait for the classy nickname

Taken us as far as he can.

thinking further ahead about manager culture now we will haveWilder on Sky doing pre match interviews
Will they be sponsored by Peroni

Chris needs to realise that "there aren´t, nor will there ever be, absolute truths in the operationalization of a soccer team". If he does he could have "a great season leveraging the Tactical Periodization method". (So says the description on Amazon...)

There aren´t, nor will there ever be, absolute truths in the operationalization of a soccer team. To state that one operationalization method is better than another is not our intent. What we know is that we can evolve and be successful if we believe in our ideas and if these ideas are in sync with the schedule’s demands of today´s soccer. Carvalhal and his co-authors bring us the reality of their Style of Play and how they implemented it at Besiktas. A former professional player with a stint at FC Porto, Carvalhal led Besiktas 2011-12 to a great season leveraging the Tactical Periodization method. Beyond the theory and principles are the practical aspects that every coach wants to be aware of. It´s a smooth read for those who want a real football coaching manual. Enjoy!

A smooth read? I'm degree educated and I don't understand it, how the fuck are the likes of Dean Saunders and Stuart Pearce going to get on?

What a load of twaddle. With buzzwords like that he'd make a good management consultant or even an MP.

When Brooks was interviewed after the Leeds game he said when he went on Wilder told him to "get in behind them and bring home the 3 points". I think the average footballer understands that a lot better than that bullshit you've quoted above from Carlos. Hence the difference in fortunes between the two clubs at the moment.

No way - find me one bad post about John Harris.
You won't find one UCDM, forums and computers were not available to the average man in those days but John Harris's teams produced football as good if not better than we are watching now and criticism of him was rarer than rocking horse shit.

There was a lot of criticism of John in the Green Un letters page after we lost 4 games in a row in March 1970. Many said that he should have picked John Tudor

idea for a sky sports international break football special.
a face off between this cunt and Adkins to see who can talk the most shite.
commentary by Johnathan Pearce, with "expert" analysis by Hoddle & Wenger.
a true twatfest.

This is the first time in my life that we've been not only consistently good, but improving almost every week.

I'm beginning to miss being shit.
