pinchy mate.. i don't buy it either. hang in there.. montys wonder goal was a deflected shot .. based on the the number he's had over the last two million years the sheer laws of probability state he was bound to get one on target sooner or later ie at some point it becomes as difficult to hit a shot for a throw in than it is to get one on target..
he runs around a lot blah blah blah but he isn't a footballer.. don't even start me on quinn.. there are three players at the lane who i don't rate.. monty, quinn and hendo. they are always in the team and are the few players we always retain. they have zero skill yet 'work hard' .. i'm fucking fed up of useless players who give the ball away and work hard.. it is no good working hard if you have no talent the talent is a pre requisite to the working hard..

Now Pinchy you seem obsessed in trying to defend the Mr Ploddy who had a good game today covering more ground than he has for a long time. Perhaps someone has re established the connections properly and the flapping arm energy now goes in to his legs.
So Mr Ploddy at Reading had a good career but that is past glory. Your parochial hero however is not a patch on TC. No thought of hoping he might return to the sort of form that Mr Ploddy could never aspire to. So if by some freek of nature TCs legs rebuild, then out of the 25000 who regulary attend only 1 would be obsessed enough to pick Harper- sorry thats mr Ploddy over TC. But as neither of these players are able to capture past glories. I don't see the harm in having a little fun with what Keenzy openned with and likewise with the fun posts after Monty's goal on Tuesday.
