And I've seen, like many on here, United all over the place from York as a 12 year old to Chelsea in my forties.

I never saw Currie at the Lane, other than his testimonial, but our family cats were called Dearden and then Deano.

I don't buy the club shirt anymore, but always buy a badge, tie or socks in lieu.

I've ducked under the barriers on the kop after a goal to avoid the crush and enjoyed a bovril on the wooden seats of John Street.

I've had a pint in The Lansdowne, The Barrel, The Sheldon, The Tramway and The Albion.

I've got every programme from our season in the 4th Division, still have my Junior Blades scarf and blazer badge, went to watch the players train behind the kop and fetched the ball for les tibbott, john Ryan and John mcphail.

I saw Don Givens miss and the exotica that was pedro verde and Len de goey.

I was bussed miles from my hotel when away to Sparta Rotterdam after a fight, knew who was who in The Limit and left after goal three on Boxing Day.

As a lad I sat in the dug out after a night out, directing the game to a 2 am empty stadium,.

I've seen football in over forty European stadiums and England in the World Cup

And yet, I've never seen us draw with Fleetwood Town...

I'm not whinging as my love for united will never cease, but please can someone just let me know what is going on right now as I just can't understand it......

They're really good apparently.......it's not like there are 54 teams better or anything.....so just goes to show

I certainly don't love this team. I love the badge, the name, the red and white stripes, our stadium I love sheff United the joys even the heart ache. But this shower of shite that are at the minute making a mockery of our beloved club no I can't love them.
I have never in my life seen a point missed so spectacularly as in your post sir

Which shower of shite are you referring to? The board or the players?

Anyone would think we were in the relegation zone. We're doing quite well for a shower of shit.

I've seen us at the top of the old first division and unbeaten until October that season, (the old Best goal at OT) but we are where we are and what's to tell ?

I intended to write a long winded explanation but it would be an exercise in self torment, so I'll not bother.

Be interesting to see the attendance at the next home match

Hope so. Should be. Next league game ?

Your posts would be more accurate if you edited your profile. Then you could change where it says "member" and swap it with "(Not - unless we get some Game Chanimg Investment)"
Jobs a good un :)

You're being a bit sneeky there. Five days before Christmas traditionally a bad attendance day, especially after a run of home games. It won't prove anything.
