I should have given them today and tomorrow off then got them in at 6am Tuesday morning for a couple of hours circuit training before setting off for Brentford. Much better way to prepare don't you think?

Think it will have been a viewing of yesterday's no show ,looking at that will really focus the players on how bad
it was.The day after a match is always low key ( it's about recovery in time for Tuesday )
Still finding it hard to believe how far off the pace we were.Putting the players through a tough training session today would not help,
Viewing the video will hopefully embarrass them to a man .
