I follow sign in

I have just tried to register to I follow through sufc website but on the list of teams you have to pick, Sheff u isn’t listed! A bit of a balls up isn’t it! Anyone know what is going on with this? It’s a bit strange you Carnt pick your own team on its own website!
 



I wondered if that was the case, but they still link to it from sufc main page! All a bit strange since we have been in the prem for a season

Our website is run by the same company who run the iFollow website (EFL Digital Limited) so it's likely it's just part of the template for all clubs and they haven't removed the iFollow info when we were promoted.
 
Ok, so I follow is no longer to do with our team any more, but still tell you to link to it! A bit daft don’t you think? Haven’t they been told to update it? And stop having the link? Or has it been missed by sufc staff? Just wondering . Doesn’t matter now I guess

Agree A. I followed the same link provided on our website, feckin shambollick.

Still not fixed.
Thought it was me again.
Has anyone got an auto renewal?
I thought I was and it had gone through in July - but if it was on a card it could have expired.
Wont stop me from highlighting the problem on twitter.
Not that anyone ever takes a blind bit of notice what I/we say.
 
Log on to the new single account you should have set up (makes it easier) when you get to main page select preseason friendlies live - pay and it will be right there

We will be ripped off and charged for everything rather than getting packages for the season!
Like membership this has gone downhill every year.
Used to be able to listen to audios on other teams as well as your own.
Buffer them and delay. I used to listen the next day when eg at the matches myself.
That went years ago.
Suppose the club will argue it is doing this re #Covid19 fisaco.
 



Sorry if this has been asked before. I had an account last season and a few before that to watch the Club's video's cost me a fiver or whatever it was a month. Has that ran out? If so, I need to re register etc to the new sign in on the Website? I've just set up a new account for tickets as instructed on the website. Any help on this much appreciated.

Also just had a look at my bank account and I have still had the monthly direct debit going out! Just re-registered, as others have said no option to chose United so went for Scunthorpe! At the end of it it just said thank you for registering and nothing more! I went bak in the club's website to sign in but then it just says register again! I also cn't fine to sign in now for the new all in one account, which I did also, but can't find on the website where yo sign in, other than where it says sign in and that's where is says register with the EFL again!

Any advice gratefully received! I want to cancel my monthly subscription if I can't even watch anything anyway or access my account! I can still access the ticket section.
 
Ok, really sorry to keep posting repeatedly on this, but a few questions still! So I've seen the SUFC account tab on the website so can now log in, and I've seen the pre-season tab also. So, I went on the Pre-season tab and have updated that - says success! I went onto manage account expecting to see my subscription for Ifollow but nothing, so obviously the pre-season stuff is separate to the Ifollow stuff. Essentially my main question is, as I'm paying for the Ifollow on a monthly basis, but it seems there's currently no videos available, so I'm paying for nothing right? How can I can cancel Ifollow, especially as I can't even access it!? Are we expected to pay for the Ifollow service with no videos (as it appears I am), as well as having to pay separately for the Pre-season stuff?

As already save above iFollow is the streaming service for EFL clubs so if you still have some kind of sub for iFollow its useless to you cancel it.

The new streaming service is available via https://live.sufc.co.uk/ there is now a single account for both the SUFC website and the Ticketing website. If you had either account previously you should have received a new email explaining how to merge your old accounts into one. The new streaming service is provided by a company called StreamAMG (https://www.streamamg.com/) . The single account you now have gives you access to live.sufc.co.uk, sufc.co.uk and the new ticketing website.

I managed to do it for myself, and 3 members of my family. Do not quite understand why it is so hard to do or understand.

As for cost I`m quite happy to pay £10 to watch a SUFC PL match if it develops into that which I suspect it will do. No crowds at the moment. So £10 to watch the match via my 55" OLED TV from the comfort of my own home what is there to grumble about ?

After all Leeds have been doing this for a couple of years now if they can do it why cant we ? Money still going towards the SUFC coffers - support your club!
 
I was told they were updating the site and the option to access SUFC content would eventually return - when???? It seems SUFC (for Premiership games) still use the IFollow platform to manage their accounts - I guess it was a 'simple' transfer of account information when we moved to the premiership. I am also tired of the circle and non-answers from IFollow but will wait till we are close to the season start. It was not clear to me whether the Pre-Season site would morf into the regular season site as my last year account (for SUFC games not IFollow) was supposed to rollover into this year but is currently blocked by this request to register.

Many thanks Varkanoid for your help in this matter, much appreciated. Sadly though, when you say cancel it, I don't know how to cancel my Ifollow subscription as it doesn't allow that on the Blades website via the Ifollow option. If you've tried it, you'll find it asks to re-register, which I did, but still doesn't allow access to the Ifollow account I still have. So I'm paying our for a service that as you say, only offers videos for EFL clubs - currently. That may change from reading other peoples posts but I have managed to open up the new all in one account and that's fine for the future.

I don't think my £8 subscription that I've made for nothing on Ifollow is going to make a huge difference to be honest, and I don't think its unreasonable to want my subscription to end currently as there is no point to it.

Guessing you're paying for the Ifollow account in the meantime also? There must be many more in this boat also.

Probably not no, considering ifollow is for EFL clubs and nothing to do with premier league Sheffield United

No. I dropped IFollow when we moved to the Premiership, however, if you ever ask the club questions they refer you to the IFollow support - that was true last year and seems to continue. As I said I can't get a straight answer out of them.

I do know we're in the PL S4, but last season we still had Ifollow for all of the videos as I watched them via my subscription and the sign in is still the Ifollow option, although we also have the new account also which maybe will supersede the Ifollow one and if that is the case, fine, and I'll cancel it, but as I say I can't on the website as others have testified its just a registration right now on the Ifollow option. Has everyone else cancelled this summer knowing that we were going to transfer to another company? I've not seen any info saying that we are doing that.

Well why is it still on the Club's website as an option? Ether way S4, and I l know some people must think I'm daft, but I've signed in all of last season to whatever the provider was through the club's website and now you can't and that's fine, but it won't allow me to cancel meaning I'm paying a monthly subscription - not much admittedly - for no service.

Here's what it says on the Club's website when you click on the Sign in/register option top right on the website, which I did all last season and watched the videos, in particular the full match replays of the games and obviously paid for it. I'm not making this stuff up or imagining it!

iFollow will be back bigger and better for the 2020/21 season, with live match access, highlights and behind the scenes access.

Register here to ensure that you are first to hear about next season’s iFollow packages at your club and to be in with a chance of winning an iFollow pass of your choice for the 2020/21 season.

Email ifollow and they should cancel it for you.
 



Call your bank and ask them to cancel your CPA(Continuos Payment Authority) if you subscribed with a debit/credit card. Or raise a dispute for GNAD(Goods not as described) That will sort your issue.😎
