I admit I was slightly underwhelmed initially, despite the good job he did at Derby. I now believe NC is going to be potentially the best we've had in years, a proper football man and speaks cleverly and considered.
Sounds like the organisation of the clubs is changing to suit him which after the last few years can only be a good thing.

I just hope we can keep hold of him as we grow in stature together and a lower Prem team doesn't pinch him
