Mrs. Joe is absolutely useless at finding things she's ' put in a safe place '. A year ago , she decided that there was a better place to keep a fantastic pair of scissors I bought 25 years ago other than the drawer they had always been kept in since that day . They have never been seen since , in spite of numerous searches which would have put a CSI crime squad to shame .

However , when it comes to finding items lost by others , she has an ability which one would only expect from the offspring of a coupling between Nostradamus and Mystic Meg . With this in mind , I informed her of the situation in respect of Foxy's missing season ticket .

After a few moments thought , she confidently predicted that it is to be found in the pocket of a coat or trousers he has worn recently but doesn't remember doing so .

As an alternative , she put forward the theory that it could be a bit of a ruse on his part to enable him to go to the pub with his fair weather mates and get shit faced .
