The first time I did it, I was in Hull a week or so before, so I just called at the ground, gave them my details and got a ticket. I have an address in Lincolnshire, so it wasn't an issue.

An address in fair Lincs opens so many doors...

New owners want to fill the ground with home fans and have moved away fans from behind the goal because they don't want to give visiting teams any advantage, hence the reduced allocation for us.

They are quoted in today's YP as saying they would "prefer to give kids tickets away for free and fill the stadium rather than go chasing gate receipts"

Complete change of philosophy from the previous owners, and one I applaud.

When they come to the Lane we should reciprocate though and stick them in the Pukka Pie corner or whatever its called now.
