I'd be disappointed if we see anything less than £1 million. I know he'll be on a high wage too, but I think we can afford to be a bit less desperate on this one compared to the Henderson deal. Evans is still only 22, has Premiership experience, is a regular international and while we have only seen him perform well in spells he does have the potential to be a very effective player. We clearly overpaid for him, but I see this as a different situation to Henderson, whose age and general fitness must have been major factors in that deal.

I agree mucker. Evans has been a massive flop. Get him shifted. If he is on similar money to Hendo (or more dread to think of it) then get him shifted qucikly. It decreases the wage bill and frees up some cash. The later we leave this, the less time Wilson has to manouevre in the transfer market.

I would release Monty and Evans for free transfers if people are willing to take them. Same goes for Yeates, Simmonsen, Cresswell and Collins. The only person I would look for a fee for is Quinn. That's because he was on fire at the end of the season (and hence is stock is up), he clearly cares about the club and he can actually play. If I was going to keep one big earner it would be him. I think he could be good under Wilson in a passing team.
