Announce that he will be resigning from all involvement with the club in 6 months' time and that he will write off all the money owing to him and sell the club (and the ground) to a responsible owner for £1. Say that in that 6 months he will consider in detail all bids for the club and sell it only to someone who he believes has the club's best interest at heart.
Admittedly, that would lead to KM writing off - what - £20m, but that's around 10% of his wealth, but it would have the advantage to him of stopping the drain to him in financing the club and the club would get a new start and debt free for the first time in living memory. We could then go ahead and build a sustainable club.
I appreciate its a big ask asking even a wealthy man to effectively give away £20m, but his crap decisions got us in this mess and, to be frank, £20M might be thought a price worth paying to ensure he is respected by United fans in ages to come rather than vilified.
