How many S/T's have you had in a row?

Im 26 and on my 15th or 16th S/T next season just interested to see how many years some of you have been going every home game etc. Some commitment in life :p
Since they put seats on the Kop in 1991, but I've hardly missed a home match since 1971. UTB

16 years at the current count.

20 out of the last 25 as well.

34, starting on the Kop in 86/87 season and moving to the South Stand in 02/03.

Every year since 1987 bar the one season.

I still went to every home game but dropped lucky in that there were quite a few £5 Kop games.

Probably still too much to watch Heath's team though.

Good grief not sure.

Quite a few on the bounce, about 10, but on and off before that.

I'm a big bladey blade tho cos I was there Boxing day at the sty and stood on the kop when we got relegated to the 4th :(

I don’t know. Think my first was in 1974, first time I could afford one. But then a break cause wife bought me a share and I got a silver disc pass for a few years when I sold (600% profit) just before they withdrew the concession then back to S/T’s.

The value of investments can go up, as well as down....... :)

My mum started working down at Bramall Lane in 75. So been every year since then. Only tricky season was 92/93 when my third child was born in December. Managed most home games from Feb tho....but missed the Wembley semi final......

Loving the old stories of the older blades :) 44k loyalty points should be enough for away games next season!

I've had mine 26 seasons solid since 93/94 season. Started on the South Stand then moved to the Kop a few years later, been there ever since. Can't ever see me not having one tbh.

Does anyone know when they first started doing season tickets for the Kop and other standing areas? It used to be only for the seats. I want to know how many loyalty points I can sue the club for, because season tickets were not available.

Had one 1972 or 3 or 4 ish on the kop. It cost £4.
FOUR ENGLISH POUNDS.
To watch TC Woody Salmons Badge et al, in the old 1st division.

If Bladeyness was gauged on the amount of season tickets purchased in the last 20 years. Then how much of a blade is Chris Wilder and Billy Sharp?

Last 37 or 38 years continuously. Ever since I could do a paper round so I could save the £2 a week in order to buy a ticket each year and go with my mates as my dad and his mates had stopped going every week.
Now regret not saving all the booklets and cases really. Not even got one left I don't think. A card just isn't the same.

Sorry to piss on your bonfire, but you aint a proper Blade unless you've seen us play in the old Division 4. Not being old enough is just a lousy excuse.;)
We should have a section of BDTBL to us sens. Looked upon as immortals, wise men, veterans who launched the rebirth. Shown adoration 10 minutes before kick off. Pies nearing sell by date gifted to us.
For only we can truly know. This band of Bladeness.

Since the 93/94 season. I have now, finally, seen as many promotions as relegations.
Same here ! Well didn’t see the Premiership relegation but did go to a few games that season aged 7. Remember the news being broke to me as I was playing football outside after my mum has told me we were winning. Strange what the mind remembers.

Since then, seen a bit, not as much as others of course but think my first full season was 94-95 but it might have been 93-94, not sure I had a season ticket though would have to check that out.

I’ll claim 24 years to date then and god willing i’ll make half a century plus of them.

Funnily enough I was playing football in my garden that day, too. I asked the score and my mum (I think) said United were winning but were sounding really dodgy at the back...

I *think* this is my 19th. Went most of the season before on quid-a-kids.

Since very early 90s and I was old enough to go.

When are we opening up the 'full seasons home and away' and 'entire youth cup campaigns home and away' counts? :D
