Watching the game today and seeing Dan Burn made me think of the Dan Burn thread, and then in turn, of the last time we really battled against a side with Burn in it. Yeovil, playoff semi finals.




How far we have come in squad depth, style and substance. Our journey is miraculous.

Long gone are the days of Westlake, Ironside, Kitson, Barry Robson, Hill and Williams on the same flank, McFadzean. How fortunate we are to watch the current squad and the current era.

Made a mental note at the time about Ayling, Upson and Madden, their 3 best players .

Ayling has done very well and I'm amazed Madden hasn't played higher.

Upson disappeared.

I thought Burn looked awkward at the time.
