Agreed. There is a real talent in Baxter but he is not mobile enough, tuned in enough, strong enough, or sharp enough to be a Striker. He is much better with the ball at his feet where he can pick out a pass and play someone in rather than play with his back to goal and run the channels.

And there's the problem, he's not a striker. And it's not clear, for me, who should lose out i midfield to accommodate him.
